Your Studio data

Session plans, custom activities, session notes, votes, spectrum reflections, and attached photos or recordings are stored in this browser on this device using browser storage. The personal session workspace is not sent to the owner activity inbox database. Other people using the same browser profile can access the workspace. Clearing site data removes it.

Backups and exports

Use Back up in the Studio to download your workspace. Backup files include notes and media, so keep them in a safe place. Restore replaces the current browser workspace after confirmation. CSV, copied harvests and printed PDFs are saved or shared by you.

Member accounts and saved session plans

If you choose to join, ChatGPT sign-in provides a site-specific user ID, your email address and, when available, your name. Your profile stores your name, organization, website, role, group types, bio, referral, optional email consent, directory-listing preference and future membership interest. We store this information in the site database. The admin dashboard also records account actions such as profile changes, newsletter consent changes, membership-interest requests, session plan saves and activity submissions. For signed-in members, a last-active timestamp is updated at most once every 15 minutes; browsing paths, IP addresses and device details are not collected by this feature. The owner can view and export member profiles to manage memberships and preferences. Signed-in members can see member names in the facilitator picker in their private planners. The picker never exposes email addresses. If you opt into the public member directory, visitors can see your name, role, organization, website, groups you work with and bio. Your listed profile can be linked from facilitator selections and activities you submitted or added; an “Added by” link does not claim original authorship. Only approved activities appear on a profile. Existing profiles are unlisted by default. You can unlist your profile in My account at any time; its public page and contribution links will stop being available. Your email, referral, email preferences, billing and private session plans are never included in the directory. Names already saved in someone’s private session plan remain in that session plan.

Using Save to my account in the Studio uploads a private copy of that session plan, including facilitator names, intentions, actual outcomes and block notes, to your account. The site admin can view saved session plans, including their notes, intentions and actual outcomes, for site administration. Work that remains only in your browser is not accessible in the admin dashboard. Free Player members can save two session plans to their account. Facilitators and the admin can save unlimited session plans. Session harvests, media and custom activity definitions are not included. Signing in alone does not upload your browser workspace. You can remove session plans saved to your account or delete your member profile, account-activity records and saved session plans from My account. Signing out does not erase the browser workspace; clear site data on shared devices.

Email consent is optional and can be changed in your profile. Delivery to an external email provider is not enabled. Registering interest in a paid level does not create a subscription or payment.

Owner activity inbox

The owner’s submissions, imported activity notes, private ratings and review decisions are stored in the site’s protected database. Facilitators may submit new activities for owner review. Only the configured owner can review the full inbox, edit or approve activities. A submitting member can see their own submission names and statuses. Visitors receive only approved public activity fields. The original CSV rows and private metadata are not included in public library responses.

On-device activity matching

When the owner chooses local AI matching, the browser downloads Transformers.js and a sentence-comparison model from jsDelivr and Hugging Face. Those providers receive the download requests. Activity text is processed locally in the browser and is not sent to an AI inference service. Match suggestions and review choices are saved in the protected inbox. This feature does not use the OpenAI API.

Services used by this edition

ChatGPT Sites hosts the website and may process technical requests under its own policies. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces and receives browser requests when those fonts load. We have not added analytics, advertising trackers or AI synthesis. When you choose a paid Facilitator subscription, Stripe processes checkout and billing. We send your member name and email to Stripe and store customer and subscription identifiers, payment status and billing-period dates in the protected site database. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Playformation. Member sign-in is provided by ChatGPT Sites. An email delivery service is not connected.

Choices and contact

You can remove your personal Studio data through your browser’s site settings. Download a backup first if you want to keep it. For questions, visit LeifHansen.me and use the contact options there.

Publication note

This describes the current personal Studio edition. The owner should review this notice as the service develops, as payment processing, email delivery or other data services change.
