Playformation provides facilitation ideas and a browser-based personal Studio for planning sessions and reflecting on group experiences. Free Player membership adds a private profile and two saved session plans that can be reopened on another device. The personal Studio and its local exports remain available. Facilitator adds unlimited saved session plans and activity submissions for admin approval. When checkout is available, Facilitator subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the monthly or annual price shown before purchase, and renew until cancelled. Manage billing in My account provides cancellation and payment-method controls. Playformation Lab, founding offers, cross-device participant rooms and AI synthesis remain in development. Registering interest does not purchase, reserve or activate a subscription.
Facilitating responsibly
Choose activities that suit your group, access needs, setting and level of trust. Give people a meaningful choice to participate or pass. Obtain appropriate consent before recording, photographing or including anyone’s personal information in your notes.
Your work and backups
You control the material you enter and export. Browser storage can be cleared or become unavailable, so maintain your own backups. No promise of permanent storage or uninterrupted availability is made.
Credits and use
Playformation is a pedagogy created by Leif Hansen. The activity library includes source and origin credits. Respect the rights of activity creators and any applicable source terms when reusing or distributing materials. The Playformation W3 adaptation and its identified landing-page prompts are shared under CC BY-SA 4.0; this does not license the entire website or unrelated source materials.
