- Welcome to Playformation: a place to choose purposeful play and lead a more connected group.
- Explore the library by flavor. Open an activity for facilitator steps, suggested timing and source credits.
- Build your session plan. Add activities and alternatives, name your intention, and choose or type your facilitators.
- Click an activity bar to open its details. Set flexible time and group size ranges, then reserve exact minutes for your schedule.
- Choose standard materials with checkboxes, and add anything else. Record your intention and what actually happened side by side.
- Choose Run live to guide an activity. Project the prompt, use the timer, and capture your group’s reflections on this device.
- Visit Harvest to review notes and commitments. Copy the harvest, download a CSV, or print a PDF.
- Your workspace saves in this browser. Download a backup, or sign in and save session plans to your account. Start with one activity and make it your own.
