Facilitator & access notes
Closing eyes and being led by the hand are optional. A seated object-sharing version avoids blind walking and unwanted touch. Exclude from automatic planning because the original involves eyes-closed movement and individual access risks.
How to facilitate it
- Choose a suitable outdoor area and invite pairs to discuss what is comfortable.
- One partner offers familiar objects or gently guides the other to sensory experiences, only under the boundaries they agreed.
- Swap roles and discuss what supported choice and trust.
Reflection prompts
- Notice: What did this activity reveal about how we work together?
- Carry forward: What would you like to try next?
