Facilitator & access notes
No one should diagnose, interpret or pressure another person. Existing tensions require appropriate facilitation and support; this is not a therapy claim.
How to facilitate it
- Agree that the meeting is for hearing how people are, rather than solving the agenda.
- Begin with personal context people choose to share, then invite feelings about the shared group or project.
- Use uninterrupted rounds or a speaking object to support listening.
- Close by checking what support or follow-up is wanted.
