Facilitator & access notes
The source allowance is per person, so calculate the whole-round budget from group size. Keep passing easy and the question simple.
How to facilitate it
- State one clear question and agree a reasonable speaking allowance.
- Invite each person in sequence, or use a voluntary popcorn order.
- Keep other participants in listening mode and offer anyone who passes another opportunity at the end.
