Facilitator & access notes
Use trios if needed. Do not surprise people with an instruction to publicly introduce their partner.
How to facilitate it
- Invite people to pair with someone they do not yet know well.
- Allow equal turns to introduce themselves using a simple event-related prompt.
- If sharing back, let each person choose self-introduction or ask their partner to introduce only the details they have agreed.
Reflection prompts
- Notice: What did this activity reveal about how we work together?
- Carry forward: What would you like to try next?
