Facilitator & access notes
Requires flexibility and close contact in its source form. Keep out of automatic selection; consent and the option to release take priority over maintaining a linked circle.
How to facilitate it
- Explain the loop challenge, contact involved and permission to release or step out.
- Invite a willing group to form a circle and pass a large loop from person to person.
- Encourage communication and unhurried problem-solving without pulling another person into position.
- Stop or use an alternative before anyone is strained or trapped.
