Facilitator & access notes
The source suggests 1–6 dots each. Provide a proxy or digital equivalent so movement is optional. Dot totals are a starting point, not proof that an unpopular concern is unimportant.
How to facilitate it
- Display the complete set of options.
- Give everyone the same small allocation of dots and explain how they may distribute them.
- Invite participants to place their dots, then review the pattern and hear important concerns before making a decision.
Reflection prompts
- Notice: What did this activity reveal about how we work together?
- Carry forward: What would you like to try next?
