Facilitator & access notes
Offer quiet gestures or observation for sound sensitivity, hearing differences or painful movement. Keep the sound level comfortable.
How to facilitate it
- Arrange the group where everyone can follow the facilitator and divide it into three sections.
- Introduce a quiet-to-loud sequence of hand and body sounds that suggest changing rain.
- Cue each section in turn so the sounds overlap and build.
- Reverse the sequence section by section until the group returns to silence.
