Facilitator & access notes

Rotate paper instead of people when that is more accessible. Write legibly and allow shorter later rounds when earlier groups have already filled the sheet. Overall duration is estimated.

How to facilitate it

  1. Create stations, each with a different clearly written question and a recording sheet.
  2. Start a small group at each station and invite ideas without immediate evaluation.
  3. Rotate groups, or rotate the sheets, asking each new group to add what is missing.
  4. Finish by reading the completed sheets and drawing together key possibilities.
