Facilitator & access notes
Passing must remain possible even though the source encourages everyone to speak. This is demanding conflict work, not an icebreaker, and should be selected manually by an experienced facilitator.
How to facilitate it
- Use only with a group that has agreed to the process and established enough trust.
- Invite a round of first-person concerns or desired changes, with no immediate replies or argument.
- After everyone who wishes has spoken, identify themes and ask what the group wants to explore separately.
Reflection prompts
- Notice: What did this activity reveal about how we work together?
- Carry forward: What would you like to try next?
