Facilitator & access notes
Do not demand intimate facts. In a larger room, use smaller groups of 3–12; a pass is welcome.
How to facilitate it
- Invite each person to prepare three low-stakes statements: two accurate and one invented.
- Take turns reading all three while the group considers which is invented.
- Hear a few guesses, let the speaker reveal the answer, and move to the next person.
Reflection prompts
- Notice: What did this activity reveal about how we work together?
- Carry forward: What would you like to try next?
